PREPARING YOUR HOME FOR SALE

CURB APPEAL

CURB APPEAL

May is Moving Month.  When you plan a move, you want to plan what you intend to take with you to your next residence.  Knowing that before you sell enables you to reduce the amount of possessions you will have in the property while it is on the market.  This step is important because you have less in the house creating more space in the eyes of the prospective buyer.  Also, you have that much less to pack and move to your next home and that can be a savings.  Pack away your collections, your good silver, and clear off the table tops and counters.  De-clutter your refrigerator door.  You want the house to look fresh and airy; not dark and cluttered.  And don’t forget about the outside. Curb appeal creates the anticipation. A well-kept yard entices people to see the inside. You may not be planning to move in the immediate future, however, it never hurts to get a head start.  I can help you begin with the planning and preparation.  Ask about my FREE consultation.
